Sponsorships
East County All Star Fundraising is committed to making a positive impact in the community and proudly provides funding to teams and youth in our community towards the costs of extracurricular activities.
Sponsorship requests are reviewed by the board at the regularly scheduled board meetings. Response will typically be made within 90 days of the submission.
ECASF considers multiple factors in the decision to sponsor. The annual sponsorship budget is limited and amounts provided are at the discretion of the board.
Eligibility Requirements:

The request must be for a youth extracurricular activity.

The request must be within the community that we serve.

Members of ECASF and their family members cannot submit applications.

Scholarships are allocated for registration fees and equipment.

Organizations that have received previous sponsorship from ECASF must allow a one-year break before re-applying.
How to Apply:

Complete the application form. Print legibly and complete all fields. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Provide completed W-9 form.

Email the completed application and supporting attachments to info@ecasf.net.

Application is reviewed by the ECASF board.

ECASF will notify the applicant of possible sponsorship decision within 90 days of receipt.
