Join the Fundraising Community.

Step 1 - Registration

Click on HERE to complete the membership application and pay the membership fee. Participation in fundraising events is only possible after the fee is paid. Kindly be aware that our platform is fee-free to us. Although they may request a donation to cover fees, you can bypass this by choosing "other amount" and entering $0.

Step 2 - Join our Facebook group and Create a website account

Upon confirmation of your membership application, we will promptly approve your membership on our Facebook group and website. To create a website account, click the Log In option on the menu bar above.

Step 3 - Complete Training Courses

If you would like to work concerts, sporting events, food trucks events, etc. you are REQUIRED to have BOTH food handlers and alcohol certificates.

Food Handler Certificate

Follow the link provided below and add the ServSafe Food Handlers training course to your cart ($9.99). You will then need to create an account and check out. You will then be able to log in and complete the training.

Alcohol Certificate
  1. Register on the California Department of Alcohol and Beverage Control (ABC) Portal. You will need to pay $3 for your ID number: https://abcbiz.abc.ca.gov

  2. Take the approved ServSafe Alcohol California Online Course ($15):

  3. Return to the California ABC Portal to take the exam and obtain the RBS certificate:  https://abcbiz.abc.ca.gov/
     

**Email both the ServSafe Food Handler Certificate and the ABC digital RBS certificate to memership@ecasf.net.​​**
